To the respected ladies and gentlemen of the researchers in Quranic knowledge..
After relying on God Almighty, the scientific works of the first issue of the magazine (Qur’aniyat) are launched. It is a specialized quarterly magazine dealing with Qur’anic studies and supporting sciences. It is issued by the Renewal Center for Thought and Culture, in cooperation with Iraqi, Arab and international universities, with the mediation of a scientific elite of researchers specializing in Qur’anic affairs.
In its endeavor to achieve qualitative scientific research, the journal aims to:
Sober scientific foundation for renewing the reading of Quranic knowledge, through critical and scrutinizing reading – of the exegetical heritage, past and present, and other blogs concerned with the Noble Qur’an, evaluating their scientific outputs, and examining their intellectual validity to meet the Qur’anic knowledge needs of the contemporary Muslim man, leading to the stage of textual reading within the Glorious Qur’an and its study. According to the findings of modern scientific methods – concerted efforts and research tools are combined with the textual controls of the Holy Qur’an; In order to achieve a promising scientific renaissance in the Qur’anic fields, we hope that it will be both authentic and modern.
Therefore, Qur’aniyat magazine seeks to renew the intellectual reading of the Holy Qur’an, and to reproduce its knowledge in line with the developments of the renewed human knowledge ground.
We would like to draw the attention of our honorable followers to the fact that the post included a call for writing, which contained:
1- The overall definition of the journal and its objectives.
2- The file for the first issue and its proposed titles.
3- The journal’s publishing policy.
4- Directory of authors and researchers.
5- The editorial management and members of the editorial board, who are among the best professors who are specialists, interested and experienced in Quranic affairs and knowledge.
